Two recent transformations.
Oakwood new-build, Stowmarket
Bare topsoil left by the builders, full of rubble. Cleared, levelled, seeded with a fescue/rye blend, and four aftercare visits. Now a proper back-garden lawn.
Margaret's front lawn, Needham Market
Twenty years of patchy growth, moss and compacted soil. Scarify, aerate, top-dress and over-seed in March; weekly mows since. Best it's looked, by her account.
